Using LevelUp
LevelUp is in beta. By using it you agree to these terms. Features may change, and the service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you upload. Only upload content you have the right to use, including DRM-free books you own. You give LevelUp permission to store and process your content to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
AI features and limits
AI summaries, chat, audio, and research can be wrong or incomplete, so check anything important. Usage limits apply, and you may not abuse, overload, or try to work around them.
LevelUp Pro and the loaner device
Pro is $10 per month. The eInk reader is on loan and remains LevelUp’s property. It requires a $100 refundable deposit, returned after you cancel and send the device back in working condition. Payment and device details are sent by email before you are charged.
Ending your account
You can stop using LevelUp at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
