Account and learning information
LevelUp stores your account information, uploaded books, library, reading progress, notes, chats, research courses, and learning preferences so you can use them across devices. Google sign-in provides your account identifier, email address, name, and profile image. LevelUp does not receive your Google password.
AI and audio features
When you request summaries, chat, research, or generated audio, the content needed for that feature is sent to the relevant service providers. Depending on the feature, these include OpenRouter and its model providers, OpenAI, Replicate, and Parallel. Avoid submitting material you do not want processed by these services.
Storage and sharing
LevelUp uses infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage, file storage, and delivery. Your browser may store downloaded chapters, audio, preferences, and pending reading progress. Sign-in uses cookies or locally stored PIN credentials while PIN login remains available.
Content you publish through a research share link can be read by anyone with that link. Content made available in the shared library can be accessed by other signed-in users.
Access and deletion requests
You can edit your learning preferences in Settings and remove content through the app where those controls are available. To request access to or deletion of your account and associated data, contact the developer. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting on a request.
Use the support email listed on the LevelUp Google sign-in consent screen to contact the developer.
